DreamFolks Services Limited, India’s largest travel and lifestyle experiences company, has announced the acquisition of a 60 per cent stake in Easy to Travel (ETT), a Dubai-based airport services distribution platform with a presence across 120 countries, 500+ airports, and over 1,200 service touchpoints.
The acquisition significantly strengthens DreamFolks’ international reach and advances its vision of creating a globally integrated mobility ecosystem. Easy to Travel’s diverse portfolio spans lounge access, fast track, meet and assist, buggy transfers, delay care, and global eSIM services, distributed through partnerships with OTAs, GDSs, airlines, banks, fintechs, travel agencies, and marketplaces.
Founded by Alexej Boiko and Oleksii Tkachenko, the co-founders of ETS International, a German travel-tech group with a 24-year legacy, Easy to Travel brings deep European experience and long-standing industry relationships. The acquisition enables DreamFolks to integrate ETT’s advanced API-led distribution, mobile solutions, and white-label tools, thereby enhancing its digital infrastructure and global service delivery.
With Dubai emerging as a critical hub for aviation and technology, DreamFolks’ new base in the region will act as a launchpad for scaling international operations and expanding its partner ecosystem.
Liberatha Kallat, Chairperson and Managing Director, DreamFolks, said, “This acquisition marks a pivotal milestone in DreamFolks’ global growth journey. ETT brings with it a strong international network and a robust technology-led platform. More importantly, we are inheriting a legacy of trust and a partner network built over two decades. This collaboration strengthens our global presence and enhances our ability to deliver consistent, premium experiences to partners and travellers worldwide.”
Alexej Boiko, Founder & CEO of Easy to Travel, added, “Becoming part of DreamFolks opens an exciting new chapter. Our shared focus on reliability and innovation aligns perfectly. By combining our European travel-tech heritage with DreamFolks’ operational scale, we aim to deliver a more connected and integrated travel experience globally.”
Oleksii Tkachenko, Co-Founder of Easy to Travel, stated, “Our mission has always been to bring comfort and efficiency to global travel. Through this partnership, we can deploy our API-first solutions and unique services, such as Delay Care, to a much wider audience.”
The acquisition creates significant synergy, enabling DreamFolks to leverage ETT’s existing collaborations with major industry players, including Amadeus, Sabre, Emirates, and Turkish Airlines, to enhance its global inventory and service portfolio.
