National shooting trials in Dehradun

The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) will host the third and fourth selection trials at the Maharana Pratap Sports College in Dehradun, from June 24 to 30.

These trials will help in the selection of the national team for the Asian shooting championship in Kazakhstan in August, apart from the World Cups in China and Egypt later in the year.

Unlike the normal course, these selection trials will be restricted to a limited number of slots. There will be 50 slots for air rifle and air pistol. It will be 30 slots for rifle 3-position event and the 25-metre sports pistol, while it will be only 20 slots for 25-metre rapid fire pistol.
