Toyota Offers Upto Rs 1 Lakh Discount Due To GST Cuts: But Entire India Not Covered – Trak.in

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has announced special festive schemes ahead of Navratri, combining the government’s GST 2.0 tax benefits with exclusive customer offers. The campaign, titled “Buy Now and Pay in 2026,” is valid across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa until 30 September 2025.

Festive Offers for Customers

The scheme allows customers to book popular Toyota models—including the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Glanza, and Taisor—with total benefits of up to ₹1 lakh. Buyers can also avail a three-month EMI holiday, paying just ₹99 per month until December 2025, after which regular EMIs begin in January 2026.

Additional perks include:

  • Five complimentary service sessions
  • Five-year extended warranty
  • Corporate and exchange bonuses
  • Exclusive offers for defence personnel

These offers, combined with lower GST rates effective 22 September 2025, make Toyota’s lineup more affordable during the festive season.

Strategic Timing With GST 2.0 Rollout

The government’s GST 2.0 reforms have reduced tax rates for cars, aimed at stimulating demand and reviving the automotive sector. Toyota is among the first manufacturers to fully pass on these benefits, further boosting value for buyers.

Industry-Wide Moves

Toyota’s move follows similar announcements by other carmakers who are aligning festive discounts with GST 2.0 cuts.

  • Hyundai is offering additional cash discounts and lower EMI schemes on SUVs like Creta and Venue.
  • Maruti Suzuki has announced festive exchange bonuses and warranty upgrades across its Nexa lineup.
  • Tata Motors is extending GST benefits with festive price reductions on EVs, aiming to accelerate adoption.

This competitive push highlights how GST 2.0 is reshaping pricing strategies across the auto industry.

Driving Demand Ahead of Navratri

With festive sentiment building, Toyota’s “Buy Now, Pay in 2026” scheme lowers the entry barrier for buyers while ensuring long-term peace of mind with service and warranty benefits. By combining GST 2.0 cuts with festive perks, TKM hopes to strengthen sales momentum in the crucial western region.
