Encalm launches Atithya Members’ Circle to enhance experience for frequent flyers, ETTravelWorld

Encalm, a leading provider of luxury airport services, has announced the launch of the Atithya Members’ Circle, a new membership programme that aims to redefine how India’s frequent flyers experience air travel.

The exclusive initiative brings together personalised assistance, comfort, and efficiency through three distinct tiers—Explorer, Voyager, and Opus—each offering varying levels of access to Encalm’s premium airport services. These include dedicated porter assistance, airport escorts, buggy transfers, and access to Encalm Lounges at key airports across the country.

Designed for travellers who prioritise convenience and well-being, the programme is intended to transform routine airport transits into seamless, stress-free journeys.

“Over time, many of our frequent flyers have asked us about membership options and suggested we introduce exclusive benefits or discounts,” said Vikas Sharma, Group Chief Executive Officer, Encalm. “Atithya Members’ Circle is our way of expressing gratitude for their continued loyalty—a thoughtfully curated programme that combines tailored privileges with the warmth and calm that define the Encalm experience.”

The three membership plans cater to a range of travel frequencies and preferences:

Explorer: 50 Atithya services annually

Voyager: 75 services annually

Opus: Unlimited annual access

In addition to these core services, members will enjoy exclusive discounts across other Encalm brands such as Encalm Spa, EnWrap, and Transit by Encalm, extending the benefits beyond the airport experience.

The Atithya Members’ Circle underscores Encalm’s commitment to elevating the standard of airport hospitality in India. By integrating technology, personalisation, and a service-first approach, the programme reflects Encalm’s broader vision of creating thoughtful, high-touch travel experiences for India’s growing base of global travellers.
