Authoress Bianca Holmes is an independent best-selling author who started her writing as a poet, and then advanced it by writing books. Her latest book “Me vs Me” is too getting popular especially among the non-fictional book lovers. She talks about something we all experience in our lives but I dont remember seeing any book on this topic – its Generational Curses.
A generational curse is described as the cumulative effect on a person of things that their ancestors did, believed, or practiced in the past, and a consequence of an ancestor’s actions, beliefs, and sins being passed down.
The book talks about how we can be aware of such traits and how do we break it.
Whether we like it or not, our families’ history and baggage impact who we are as people. We tend to follow down the same paths as our family without knowing it. Everything has felt like the norm because we didnt know any better. Book encourages and suggest ways to how we can learn to understand better to do better.
Author says that, in current generation, we are learning better, and we now are learning more, so let’s use that for the next generation to come. People will talk about you, and not everyone will clap for you, because its you, but you must be stronger than any negativity in your life or around you. Let’s go and break the curses and remember if you didnt come from a healthy family, make sure a healthy family comes from you. “Me vs Me” book is available on kindle.
