Ranveer Mitroo found his rhythm and range on the back nine to take the lead on the opening day of the IGU Andhra Pradesh Amateur Golf Championship at the East Point Golf Club here on Tuesday (September 23, 2025).
The 16-year-old, playing his first full season on the amateur circuit, shot a five-under 66 for a one-shot lead. Deepak Yadav and Puthuru Raj Kumar were tied second on four-under 67, one ahead of Sukhman Singh.
