India’s table tennis legend A. Sharath Kamal has been named brand ambassador for the 28th ITTF-ATTU Asian Table Tennis Championships (ATTC), set to be held in Bhubaneswar from October 11 to 15.
The prestigious continental tournament will bring together 22 top Asian teams, serving as a crucial qualification pathway for the 2026 World Teams table tennis championships in London.
Accepting the ambassadorial role, Sharath Kamal, a 10-time National champion, said: “I am deeply honoured to be named the brand ambassador for the 2025 Asian Table Tennis Championships in Bhubaneswar. Table tennis has been my lifelong passion, and I am thrilled to play a part in promoting this prestigious event that will bring together the finest talent from across Asia.”
