Get Free Rs 1000 FASTag Cash By Reporting Dirty Toilets: How It Works? – Trak.in

In an effort to improve cleanliness along India’s national highways, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has rolled out an incentive-driven campaign. Commuters can now earn ₹1,000 by reporting unhygienic toilets at toll plazas, with rewards credited directly to their FASTag accounts. The scheme is active until October 31, 2025, across all national highways.

How FASTag Users Can Participate

To take part in this cleanliness drive, commuters must follow a few simple steps:

  1. Download the Rajmargyatra App: Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed on your smartphone.
  2. Capture Geo-Tagged Photos: Take clear, time-stamped images of dirty toilets at toll plazas under NHAI’s jurisdiction.
  3. Submit Details: Provide your name, mobile number, and Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) via the app.
  4. Earn ₹1,000: Each VRN that successfully reports a dirty toilet is eligible for ₹1,000, credited directly to the FASTag account.

Terms and Conditions to Note

To maintain fairness and transparency, NHAI has outlined certain rules:

  • The scheme only applies to toilets constructed, operated, or maintained by NHAI. Toilets at dhabas, fuel stations, or other public areas are excluded.
  • Each VRN can claim a single ₹1,000 reward for the entire campaign.
  • Rewards for a specific toilet facility are given only once per day. If multiple reports are submitted for the same toilet, only the first valid submission will be considered.
  • Images must be captured through the Rajmargyatra app. Manipulated, duplicate, or previously reported images will be rejected.

Verification and Reward Disbursal

NHAI has implemented a two-layer verification process to ensure credibility. Submitted reports first undergo AI-assisted verification. Where necessary, manual verification is conducted to confirm the authenticity of the reports. This dual approach ensures that rewards are disbursed fairly while maintaining the integrity of the cleanliness drive.

Encouraging Cleaner Highways

With this initiative, NHAI aims to actively involve commuters in improving sanitation standards at toll plazas. The incentive-based program not only promotes hygiene but also encourages responsible citizen participation, creating a cleaner and more pleasant travel experience across India’s national highways.
