Swiggy Enters Trillion Services Marker With Pyng: Connect With Verified Professionals – Trak.in

Swiggy has expanded its services beyond food delivery and quick commerce with the launch of Pyng, a new AI-powered app designed to bridge urban consumers with verified professionals across more than 100 specialisations. Currently available in Bengaluru under the name Pyng Now, the app can be downloaded on both Android and iOS platforms. CNBC-TV18 first reported in January that Swiggy was developing a platform to simplify access to experts in fields like wellness, education, finance, and events.

Swiggy’s Pyng App Connects Users to Verified Experts with AI-Powered Personalisation

With Pyng, users are offered a highly personalised experience, aided by real-time AI support that connects them with professionals such as yoga instructors, therapists, makeup artists, astrologers, tax planners, tutors, and even wedding planners. One of the app’s standout features is its AI-driven chat assistants, which allow experts to interact with clients more effectively and personally. In an added assurance of service quality, Pyng offers a money-back guarantee if users are dissatisfied.

Swiggy has already onboarded over 1,000 professionals and is targeting a network of more than 10,000 verified experts across India. Key service categories span Health & Wellness, Finance, Lifestyle & Travel, Education, Events & Entertainment, and Spiritual Services. This strategic move is part of Swiggy’s broader goal to build a convenience-focused ecosystem, complementing its offerings like Instamart, Genie, and Swiggy Dineout.

Swiggy Bets on Pyng to Revive Stock Amid 2025 Slump

While Swiggy continues to diversify, its shares are currently up by 1.1%. However, the stock has seen a significant decline of nearly 38% so far in 2025. Pyng’s launch could mark a turning point by tapping into the growing demand for personalised, expert-led services across India.

Summary:

Swiggy has launched Pyng, an AI-powered app connecting users with verified professionals across 100+ fields. Now live in Bengaluru, Pyng offers personalised support and AI chat assistants. With over 1,000 experts onboarded, Swiggy aims to boost its ecosystem and revive its stock, which has fallen nearly 38% in 2025.
