Exclusive: Boney Kapoor Reacts To Diljit Dosanjh’s Exit From No Entry 2

Filmfare was the first to exclusively tell you that Diljit Dosanjh has walked out of No Entry 2 due to creative differences. The sequel of the 2005 hit comedy film stars Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan. While Diljit was excited to be a part of it, he had to leave due to creative differences. Now, producer Boney Kapoor has reacted to the singer-actor’s exit and said that they are trying to work things out. He exclusively told us, “Yes, there are date issues, but certainly no creative differences. That is absolutely false. We are trying our best to work the dates out.”

Earlier in the day, our trusted source told us, “Diljit was very excited to collaborate with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. But over the last few weeks, he couldn’t align with the film’s creative ideas. That’s why he’s decided to leave the project; it’s because of creative differences.” No Entry 2 is a much-awaited sequel to Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan’s hit. No Entry 2 was slated to release later in 2025. Now, it will be interesting to see whether dates with Diljit work out, otherwise, the makers would have to look for a replacement, and that would push the release date of the film.

Meanwhile, reports also suggest that Tamannaah Bhatia had also joined the cast of the movie, as one of the leading ladies. Tamannaah’s character is reportedly closer to Bipasha’s in the original 2005 movie. However, the same hasn’t been confirmed. Talking about Diljit, he’s recently made a big splash with his Met Gala debut, where his videos and photos with Shakira, Nick Jonas and other international celebs went viral on social media. He will also be seen in Border 2, along with Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty.
