OPPO Find X9 Series Design, Processor, & Cameras Revealed

Oppo has started teasing its Find X9 lineup, confirming an October 2025 launch in China. A global release is expected soon after, possibly by the end of October or early November. If Oppo follows last year’s timeline, Indian buyers may see the new phones in November. On the other hand, leaks also point to a Find X9 Ultra model set for early 2026.

Triple Rear Camera Setup

The biggest highlight of the Find X9 Pro will be its powerful 200 MP periscope telephoto lens. Through its 50 MP triple-camera setup, the Find X9 will be designed to offer versatility without compromise. Camera software updates will be offered to the Find X9 series, in addition to hardware updates. Master mode will focus on pro-grade control, while XPAN mode will offer a broader cinematic view.

Oppo has also confirmed Hasselblad-tuned cameras across the lineup, ensuring lifelike colors and pro-level performance, while the Pro will come with a Hasselblad Photography Kit. Ahead of the launch, the company shared camera samples from the Find X9 Pro, showing big gains over last year’s Find X8 Pro in terms of clarity and color.

Oppo Find X9 Series Specification

The Oppo Find X9 series will bring big batteries, with a 7,025 mAh unit on the X9 and a 7,500 mAh cell on the Pro. Both will support 80W wired and 50W wireless charging for quick power-ups. On the software side, they will run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, with added Apple ecosystem integration for smoother cross-device use.

As confirmed by OPPO, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip will power the X9 series. Based on early reports, the processor is expected to offer 32% better single-core and 16% better multi-core performance compared to its predecessor.

The design will build on the previous model, incorporating titanium-inspired finishes and cold-carving tech for durability. The X9 will be 7.99 mm thick and weigh 203 g, while the Pro will be slightly thicker at 8.25 mm and heavier at 224 g. Both devices will feature a 6.59-inch flat LTPO OLED display with a 1.5 K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with thin, symmetrical bezels. With strong specs and camera upgrades expected, Oppo’s upcoming flagships will shape up to be exciting contenders in the premium smartphone space.
