Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport have joined forces to deliver one of Singapore’s most ambitious year-end experiences — a Disney Cruise Line-inspired celebration that brings the worlds of Disney, Pixar, and Marvel to life across terminals and Jewel.
Titled ‘The Magic of Adventure’, the centrepiece of this collaboration is the Jewel Rain Vortex Light & Music Showcase — a dazzling 3.5-minute spectacle featuring glowing medallions that represent seven themed zones from the upcoming Disney Adventure cruise ship. The nightly showcase immerses visitors in beloved Disney stories projected across the iconic indoor waterfall, creating a captivating visual journey for families and travellers.
At Terminal 3 (T3), guests are welcomed by a 6.5-metre ship installation modelled after the Disney Adventure’s bow, flanked by Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie Mouse. Surrounding the ship are four themed photo zones inspired by Disney Imagination Garden, Town Square, Marvel Landing, and Captain Mickey’s Cabin. Fans can capture personalised photos and receive printed keepsakes with qualifying purchases at participating outlets.
Visitors can also meet Disney Cruise Line characters at the T3 Departure Hall, where snow shows transform the space into a wintry spectacle. Meanwhile, terminals feature festive topiaries — Baymax at Terminal 1 and Duffy the Disney Bear and friends at Terminal 2 — extending the holiday spirit throughout the airport.
At T3 Basement 2, the Disney Discovery Reef installation invites visitors into a multi-sensory undersea world inspired by The Little Mermaid and Finding Nemo, complete with vibrant oceanic displays and themed photo booths. Nearby, a beach-themed pop-up inspired by Stitch’s Ohana Grill lets guests personalise travel journals, tote bags, or mugs through DIY workshops, accessible via qualifying retail spends.
Adding to the festive charm, the “Unleash the Holidays Carnival” in T3’s Departure Hall features Disney-themed games, claw machines, and entertainment for families. Participants can earn carnival tokens through purchases and Changi Rewards, with additional perks for Mastercard users.
Across terminals, visitors can embark on a stamp rally, collecting seven Disney Cruise Line-themed stamps to complete a limited-edition postcard and redeem bonus carnival tokens.
Over at Jewel, a 16-metre-tall Christmas tree titled the “Disney Cruise Line Festive Tree of Adventure” dominates the Forest Valley, surrounded by Mickey-shaped ornaments, nautical motifs, and fairy-lit storybooks. Four-metre topiaries of Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie provide ideal backdrops for holiday photos, while Canopy Park on Level 5 continues the nautical theme through three immersive installations. Highlights include a Toy Story-inspired bathtub scene at Source Pool, a royal photo zone featuring Disney princesses, and a Duffy and Friends installation at the Petal Garden. Nightly snowfall sessions add to the festive ambience.
From now until 4 January 2026, shoppers spending at Changi Airport, Jewel, or iShopChangi can purchase exclusive Disney Cruise Line collectibles including travel blankets, cushions, tote bags, and luggage, or redeem them using Changi Rewards points. Shoppers also stand a chance to win a three-night Disney Adventure cruise in a Concierge Family Stateroom through the airport’s festive lucky draw campaign.
Meanwhile, Jewel’s Basement 1 Atrium hosts Singapore’s only DisneyStore.sg Pop-Up Experience, offering limited-edition Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars merchandise, alongside themed activities and lucky draws for UOB and Mastercard cardholders.
Together, Changi Airport and Jewel have redefined festive travel by transforming aviation spaces into immersive storytelling realms. Blending retail, entertainment, and themed experiences, this year-end celebration marks a milestone in destination marketing — where travel begins long before take-off.
