Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest airline and one of the fastest-growing global carriers, has announced its partnership with Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) to begin processing New Distribution Capability (NDC) transactions through ARC Direct Connect.
Ethiopian Airlines is the first airline to integrate with ARC Direct Connect using ARC’s newly launched Transaction API. This innovation allows the airline to transmit NDC data in real time, offering enhanced flexibility and efficiency in its distribution operations.
The partnership enables travel buyers and agencies to access richer content and more personalised booking options while ensuring transparency and data reliability through ARC’s settlement platform. By leveraging this technology, Ethiopian Airlines aims to improve the customer experience and streamline booking and servicing processes for its travel partners.
